You can get flank steaks from most Chinese supermarkets because that’s what Chinese usually uses for beef stir fry.

Excellent Blog Suzie . It’s fun to give a different cut of meat a whirl .Another source for meats is T & T/ Osaka Markets . They seem to specialize in ‘Nose to Tail’ butchery .I’ve often grabbed obscure cuts there ( the West Van. Park Royal Osaka is convenient for us) .
