I have used mine twice a week for over year and never had any issues

I wish I had read this thread first. My conclusion — this is chemistry. The liquid and the flower have to be exact. And also I finally had good results with just flour and water. I think it is a great machine, but takes practice.

I usually have large eggs and they have been fine.

The ones that comes with it measures slightly more than a standard cup (about 1.5 cups)
