This blog post, although a review, was actually irritating considering how unaware you are about the correlation of so many things you tried to make a crack at to being GF.

For example, probiotics are extremely important for people with severe digestive concerns. My two year old son has been on them since birth because of his body’s inability to break down certain carbohydrates, including…..gluten. Soooo, there’s that. In fact, Bio-K is great.

Essential oils? They have also been given to us by our GI, as well as our dietician for his stomach. Considering the harm gluten did to his intestines before they figured out the issue, we’re open to anything that may assist.

Also, chips such as Pringles contain wheat. Yes, potatoes are gluten free. All potato chips are not.

Come on. If you’re going to write something like this, at least be knowledgeable about what you’re trying to take a crack at.

I’m glad eating gluten is your super power. It must be nice to have so many options people don’t rip apart. 🙂

It’s mostly just products and not all of them have anything to do with going gluten-free like with the teas and coffees… It’s more food trends and packaged products. If that isn’t what you want, don’t waste your time and money. That’s quite the trip, I know! I used to live on the island.

I was trying to decide whether to come over from the island for the 2019 one this weekend. After reading this, it definitely doesn’t sound worth a couple of hundred dollars for a return ferry trip!

Thank you. I tried hard to be true but fair. Glad I could take you along with me on that interesting journey.

Mine have metal studs on them that will draw blood if people get too close, LOL. Making that lady’s day was a total highlight for me. I don’t know if One Degree Organics was there but I will make a mental note about their spelt flour.

They’re currently at the cleaners.
White with orange dots.
Love that you gave her your ticket.
Sorry about the dry cookies.

One Degree Organics I LOVE THEIR
FLOURS. SOOOO MUCH. They make
the best Sprouted Spelt (for me).
