Thanks Cathe! Yes, thankfully this was in walking distance so it inspired me to get out of the house and moving and getting stronger. Oh your husband is going to LOVE you for it! Not to worry, I’m taking great care of myself, not pushing myself too fast but enough to gain some strength. 🙂 Thanks for the support!

Yes Wayne! I did not participate in that adventure back then so I was excited to try it this time. I am glad that I did the product justice and I know, it’s HUGE right? I just had the other half for lunch (BTW, the maple aioli disappears into the waffle over time). Thank you Wayne!!! LOL, yup, ME! That’s who, LOL. I know, I’m a crazy woman. I did enjoy it, very much. Took me back to complex foodie memories which I hope is a kind of magical foodie touchstone. As much fun as it is to eat and drink out, I am looking forward to making real food again. Strength is coming back slowly but surely. I’m getting there.

Suzie, So glad to see you out and about. We love the KFC in Oregon. Coleslaw is our favorite. Ours is green, but the taste has remained the same. I’m going to have to order my husband that monster. He can eat it. Take good care of yourself.

Evokes memories of the double down adventure in the Food Network Community (long, long ago etc. LOL) Exactly the same outcome for me too . Way too much for a ‘regular’ appetite . But nevertheless tasty and a true left over type meal .
