Nestled in my zombie apocalypse cupboard
I know, I know. I said I would not be reviewing President’s Choice products on a regular basis anymore but with Valentine’s Day coming up, I just had to talk a little bit about their PC The Decadent Chocolate Chip Pancake Mix. They included it the gift basket they gave me because they are such sweethearts.
Over the weekend I made half a package which made very generous chocolatey brownie-like pancakes.
You can watch me and Reg try them live here! These live up to their name, totally decadent and not something for every day but as a Valentine’s Day brunch treat? Absolutely! Starting the day off with chocolate pancakes on the most romantic day of the year is what I am doing this year and just had to share.
I give this product four out of five wooden spoons.
This is seriously spooky to me. I just finished breakfast, homemade wheaten pancakes with chocolate chips and local maple syrup.
So flippin’ good.
