Hey Foodies! You know it has been a whole year since I went anywhere and this week I am leaving for San Fransisco to attend my brother’s wedding. I have no idea if I will be posting on my site or not but I do have a feeling that photographs may end up on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram so if you want to follow my adventures, make sure to check out my social media.
I will be honest. I am at a bit of a crossroads in my life right now. I have to find a place to live by March 1st 2018, I am trying to make some money to pay for food and website expenses on Etsy and figure out what the next step of my life is going to be. Sometimes travel is the best way to get some perspective. I can not help but worry about my next kitchen for example. If it is in the basement will I have any natural light for food photography or videos? Are we going to be able to continue to actually live in Vancouver or are we going to have to leave the city? If we leave the city, will I be near a market where I can get food? Am I going to have to live in completely solitude again like I did in Nova Scotia?
As you can see, there are so many unknowns about my future. Hopefully this trip spent with family will give me a bit of a break from my anxiety and create some new fun foodie memories I can share with you here.
