Thanks to your support, feedback and overall amazingness… You have all inspired me to keep blogging and kicking foodie ass. I don’t know where I would be without my foodie friends, honestly. You all rock.
Last year I bought a video camera and have been working hard at creating foodie videos. While under piles of blankets through this blasted cold I have been fighting, I recently decided to make foodie video tutorials that play in under a minute.
I began with one of my first tutorials of all time: Roasted Garlic. So easy I show you how to make it in no time at all.
OK, back to the couch and resting. It is funny that I am still a busy foodie even though I am comatose on my couch. Must be all those happy foodie vibes you are sending my way.
I forget how easy roasted garlic is, and don’t do it! It’s so yummy! Thanks for the reminder – loved your quick video!! 🙂
I love roasted garlic! And how easy it is to make. It makes the best garlic bread, it’s wonderful to add to mashed potatoes, or you can make garlic butter and use that however you’d use butter in a savory recipe.
Plus it scares away vampires!
It is so easy, isn’t it Tammy?! Yay, so glad you liked it. 🙂
Tori, man, I put it on everything! So good.
Debra, that is always a good thing! LOL. No way I could be a vampire with my love of garlic!
Perfect little video ‘bite’ 🙂 Do you think the roasted garlic would freeze well? I am just thinking it would make sense to do many of them at a time and the freeze the paste. What do you think?
Thanks for the easy to follow video and feel better soon!
Offtopic comment – I thought you would like this ‘goth’ knitting site list. I was looking at the skull and crossbones hat on your Pinterest and went searching…

Have fun!
Hope your cooking adventure works out in the new year…Love garlic and would like to plant some this year, fall.
I have a soup recipe post on my blog.
It uses 2 gloves of garlic.
Coffee is on
Janet, sure, I bet you could freeze the paste, interesting idea. Oh I wish I knew how to knit! I wonder if there is a goth crocheter out there? Dora, I hope you do plant garlic this year, that would be amazing!
Love garlic..this looks so easy to do. Foodie tutorials under a minute is a great idea, Suzie.
