I am on vacation but that does not mean I will not be posting! It may just be a little different than usual. Which is never a bad thing right? It has gotten hot here so I intend to start looking into more salad recipes and sorbets perhaps? Would love some ideas if you have them!

Suzie, I have the BEST and EASIEST chicken salad recipe EVER. You cut up baked chicken breast (seasoned only with salt and pepper) into cubes. Add grapes that are cut into 8ths, some walnuts, and a sliced green onion. Mix with equal parts of sour cream and Mayo made with olive oil, and then add some salt. DELICIOUS!!!!!!!!!!
Also, i’m excited about the “summer food” recipes!
