I want to thank my sister Shannon for bringing this amazing super-easy no-bake Nutella cheesecake recipe to my attention. I made it right before my brother and Dad came to visit for Christmas and it was so simple to make.
The Recipe
In a large bowl, beat 2 room temperature packages of cream cheese and 1/2 cup white sugar until smooth.
Add 1 (13 ounce) jar of Nutella. This was just about a cup and a half of Nutella.
Also add 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract and beat together until smooth.
You can make a graham cracker crust yourself if you like but I took some help from Keebler elves.
Blend in Nutella and vanilla until no streaks remain.
Pour into crust and use a spatula to smooth top.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
On Christmas Eve I let it come to room temperature but that was a mistake. It was more mousse-y than cheesecake-y. Serve it chilled and you won’t be sorry.
This dessert was incredibly rich and delicious. My Dad, shockingly, had never had Nutella before and loved the dessert! Jason said it was amazing but something he would only indulge in once a year.
I am sharing the recipe now for those who are looking for something special but easy to make for New Year’s Eve. I give this recipe five out of food wooden spoons. It totally saved my Christmas bacon!

This looks so good!!!! Yes, that deserved four exclamations. Nutella is so addicting. If I have it in the house, I have to get a small jar.

Wow!!!! Four?! That’s awesome! 🙂 A small jar is a good idea, LOL.
