Now you just have to have a fabulous drink for Halloween, do you not? This is such a treat for those who do not drink! I love the light pumpkin colour, the spooky frothing at the top and gotta love that skull wine charm. Thanks Michelle! This Halloween alcohol-free drink is super easy to make.
I made just enough for two people so adjust accordingly: 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream, 2 cups of mango sorbet, 1-2 cups of V8 Peach Mango Juice (or just mango juice) depending on how creamy and thick you want it… and some orange food colouring (optional). Process until smooth and then add 1/2 cup of lemon lime soda. Process for just a second to combine:
If you like mango, you will love this frothy milkshake! We LOVED it! So tangy and tasty, a special treat that can be enjoyed any time of the year. If you do not like mango, substitute orange juice and ice cream instead. Or you can make a green version instead lime sorbet and green food colouring or make my lime smoothie with ice cream. Perhaps a raspberry/cranberry one for a more vampiric look? The possibilities are endless!
Drive your guests MAD with all that fabulous flavour. Want to make it more adult? Feel free to add some alcohol to the mix and then blitz!
