Interview with Tracey
I absolutely love Tracey’s Salt-Kissed Dulce de Leche Brownies that she made for Recipe to Riches. Also, she seriously seemed like one of the coolest people ever. As a result, I just had to interview her.
Tracey patiently waited for me to heal from my cold (coughing through the interview would be no fun for anyone) and we finally connected. Here is my interview with Tracey.
She shares her foodie story, what exactly happened to the brownie batter that day in the industrial kitchen on set and how she wants to remain true to herself despite the outcome of the contest.
I have to say, so far her brownie is my favourite product for the contest because they stayed true to Tracey’s foodie vision and recipe. Not to mention they are bad-ass amazing!

Just wanted to say thanks again to President’s Choice for including me in this exciting foodie time of the year. I am not one to celebrate Christmas but you sure are getting me into the holiday spirit. Which is a bit of a miracle of its own!
