Over the last week I have indulged in smily moments thanks to Lay’s Canada’s Smile With Lay‘s campaign.
There is something about that goofy giant smile on those chip bags that cheers up even the grumpiest of customers!
Reg while grocery shopping.
And me while grocery shopping!
Yes, I brought the empty bag when we went to see…
Wonder Woman which rocked!!!
There was a lot to smile about including East Side Pride Day.
Colourful characters on Pride weekend.
Going out for lunch with a friend to Thai Basil.
I realized the other day that it had been YEARS since I had indulged in my favourite dish.
Pad Thai!!! Theirs was pretty good but I only got one tiger shrimp… I am so going to learn the art of making Pad Thai.
FYI there is no air conditioning at Thai Basil and summer has officially hit Vancouver.
I am still confused if nature spirit Totoro has a gender! I am thinking Totoro is gender-free.
It has been a deliciously fun and decadent weekend! Thank you Lay’s Canada for inspiring me to take the time to have fun and capture all the smily happy moments.
I wish you would. It is one of my favorites too!
Tammy, I think I found the right recipe and am going to start working on it. It is going to require some specialty ingredients like palm sugar… but I think we can do this!
Oh, those smiley bags are TOO funny! Sounds like you had a great weekend! I’m hoping to see Wonder Woman over the July long weekend, once My Rare One is home from Manitoba. I’ve been waiting!
Don’t those bags have a huge impact? I think Reg looks quite crazy! Oh how wonderful you two are finally going to go see it together, nice. 🙂 You’re going to love it. I cried from being overwhelmed by how much I was enjoying it quite a few times. #WonderWomanForever
