Oh I love this time of year when the President’s Choice Insider’s Report comes out and I get a sneak peek and taste of their new treats!
The jelly beans come in a 250g pouch and are $3.99. Not something I would buy every day but for a treat? Absolutely.
One box of The Decadent Chocolate Chip Mini Bars contains six mini bars that supposedly contain the “crazy-good flavour and richness” of the PC Decadent Chocolate Chip Cookies. I must say, I disagree.
The bar may be covered in the chocolate used to create the chocolate chips but the packaging clearly shows that the bars would contain chocolate chips but ours? I have not come across one yet!
Yes, these are quite tasty but the marketing is way off. I do appreciate that these are made in their peanut-free facility so it is a safe choice for people with nut allergies to eat but they aren’t allergic to chocolate chips!
False advertising annoys me. Even though these are pretty good and only $2.49 a box, I can only give them three out of five wooden spoons.
Honey Chipotle Kelly Cooked Almonds
Now the Honey Chipotle Kelly Cooked Almonds were totally up my foodies alley! Each almond is absolutely covered in this smokey, very slightly spicy yet sweet coating of flavour that made my knees week. Absolutely addicting, full of flavour… your hands will literally be covered in a tasty salt lick when you are done attacking the $4.99 package.
Super crunchy with mind-blowing flavour, I give this product five out of five wooden spoons!

And yes, why can’t they make sour candies really sour? It never seems sour enough for me either!
