I just got back home the other day from my trip to Ontario to find a giant box filled with Crispy Mini Rice Chips. May is Celiac Awareness Month and these treats have now met all necessary assurances required to use the GFCP trademark. Still the same taste but they are now certified gluten-free.
Fantastic news for so many foodies out there with gluten issues! I also received this cool mason jar drinking glass. Now I have to go make some homemade lemonade.
