In honour of the new Star Wars movie coming out, I turned to Wookiee Cookies: A Star Wars Cookbook from some fun foodie inspiration.
I choose Bossk Brownies. “Bossk was a male Trandoshan bounty hunter and the son of Cradossk who was known for hunting Wookies… Following the Battle of Hoth, Bossk would be called upon by Darth Vader to find and capture the Millennium Falcon.”
Sure, why not?! Star Wars was practically a religion in my house and even though we do not have tickets yet, we will definitely be seeing this film as soon as the box office will let us. In the meantime, I made these for our D&D group and they were a big hit..

The brownies were so tender that when I tried to remove them from the pan they fell apart like the Death Star!
No problem. I cut them into pieces and took them with me to D&D.
People were quite pleased that they were Star Wars brownies and loved them.
You can also make these with butterscotch chips but I really liked the white chocolate. There was only one problem with these brownies. By the next day, they were significantly less yummy. It was so strange, I have no idea why that happened.
These are really easy to make and on the first day, some of the best brownies I have ever made. Just make sure to share them right away before their Star Wars magic disappears.
They certainly helped us during our adventure!

Since I usually can’t bake brownies to save my life, I agree! Too bad The Force dissipated over night.
