Wow! I can not tell you how moved I am by the response to my contest and my survey. I am overwhelmed by all the wonderful comments you left me so this cupcake is for you! And you! And YOU!!! Thank you for making me feel loved and fabulous. I think you are all pretty fabulous too.
I am amazed that I have been able to do this blog for an entire year. It is true that I have had to disappear here and there because of my chronic health issues but I am still here baking cupcakes and making life delicious. Every day I am reminded what a gift it is to be able to spend time in my kitchen. Just this morning I woke up unable to stand on my left foot. Oh fibromyalgia, how you rule my life. Still, I will attempt to make Tomato Roasted Garlic Soup today, I will just have to do it on one foot.
Thank you all for encouraging me and giving me great advice. I will study the information and figure out where I want to go next with my blog. Every day I want to learn more about food and have new adventures. I may be lost in Nova Scotia but I travel the world through spices and recipes.
