Holy Crap! Christmas is almost here!

Yesterday we picked up our fresh turkey at Killarney Market!

Love that store. They have saved our foodie bacon a few times now. Dad and Jason will be here tonight but until then…

Enjoy this awesome festive rockin’ tune Reg recorded on his guitar last night.

On the back right you can see that red tub of cheese? That’s Imperial Cheese, my dad’s favourite. Another foodie save by Killarney Market.

Life is going to get crazy but I managed to do most of the PC product reviews by Christmas! Now? I’m off to make my Rich Dinner Thyme Rolls and Slow Roasted Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. Yesterday I made these shortbread cookies and then realized I was out of flour! Thank goodness for our corner store. So much to make, so little time!

Hope your foodie holidays have started already and are going great!

Imperial Cheese! Man, I didn’t know they even still made that! Thanks for a real blast from my past — I had an auntie who always used Imperial Cheese as the basis for her annual xmas cheeseball.

And hey, I just LOVE Reg’s rockin’ version of Pachelbel’s Canon — one of my all-time fave classical pieces at the best of times, but even more so now!

Both of you are such talented and creative people!

Oh we have been enjoying Imperial Cheese and I’m so impressed you know it! And wow, would be perfect for a cheeseball, LOL. Thank you so much for listening to Reg’s Pachelbel’s Canon, that’s awesome. 🙂 Hope you had a great Christmas Debra and may you have a happy new year!

Looks like you’re going to have a feast. Enjoy, enjoy and Happy Christmas, my friend. With a great big side of boogie boogie.
