Oh the things you can whip up with leftover this and that! Feel free to watch the tutorial and listen to the overly dramatic music I added to it. (Long stupid story.)

The Recipe

Suzie the Foodie's Creamy & Cheesy Black Bean Dip

Put the following in a food processor: 1/4 cup refried black beans, 1/3 cup cream cheese, 1/2 tsp cumin, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, salt and pepper.

Process together until smooth. If you want it spicy feel free to add some jalapeño or chipotle peppers.

I always enjoy black beans (refried or otherwise) a lot more in theory than I end up doing in practice. But this looks not too bad!

Well there is so much cheese in here, it’s easy to forget the legumes! I’m not a fan of legumes in general but this is super tasty.

I love black beans. Oh, and garbanzo. Oh my gosh, just beans in general. Oh my yum.
