Now it is time to take my Old School Traditional Summer Limeade to the next level. Get our your blenders and if you want to make this with some tequila I say, go for it.
The Recipe
I bought a small mint plant so I only had about 1 tsp of fresh leaves to add to the pot but feel free to add as much as you want.
Add a few tbsp of coconut milk. Mine seems to have turned permanently into coconut cream!
Add 2-3 cups of your homemade limeade and a cup of ice cubes. Blend!

I want to say Hot Damn! But it was so refreshing I should say, Cold Damn!
If I was a drinker I would totally add some alcohol to this coconut-themed mojito! Regardless, just like this is also fantastic. Tangy, creamy, super refreshing… We loved every drop.
