Want to go to France with me in my kitchen? Check out Lesson #2 at the Cooking School for Delinquents. A creamy chicken soup that will blow your mind!
What is the Cooking School for Delinquents?
What kind of school is this? It is one without teachers, deadlines or rules. I find a recipe that requires a bit of a learning curve and test it for you. You come watch me attempt to make it and if you want to give it a shot, you can!
I email all students the recipes, let them know when the videos are ready to watch and what advice I have to give for making the recipe.
In Lesson #2 I start off with a very upsetting realization, make some executive decisions and then just for it. The result? As I say at the end of the video in the reveal, the dish “defies foodies gravity.”
Classes are free but videos are available online for a limited time. Everyone is welcome. The aim of the class is to learn, have fun and go beyond your foodie limits.

Great Timing!
My first lesson: How to make chicken broth can also be applied for making turkey soup with the leftovers from Thanksgiving. I made a crockpot turkey breast yesterday but it would not fit in the crockpot with the bone on. I removed it and made broth with it. You can do the same thing with the turkey carcass today. Watch my video to see how easy it is!
Hope all my Canadian foodie friends had a fantastic Thanksgiving over the weekend! We feasted like crazy and the crockpot turkey was awesome. So much less stress than roasting! I think I might do it this way from now on.
